Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect through cancunplazacondo.mx, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines. The Spanish version is the official one.

1. Data controller

Mayer Discount Services S de RL de CV, operating as Cancun Plaza Condo Mexico, located at Boulevard Kukulcan km 19.5, unit 2401, Hotel Zone, Cancun, Quintana Roo, 77500, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

• When you request a quote or write to us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and any comments you send.
• When you make a booking: in addition, the details requested on the booking page (such as address and country) and payment details.
• When you browse the site: technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate IP address, through cookies (see section 6).

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider; we do not store them.

3. Why we use your data

Necessary purposes for the service you request:

• Replying to your quote request and offering you availability in the building.
• Managing your booking, payment, check-in, check-out and assistance during your stay.
• Issuing receipts and complying with legal and tax obligations.
• Handling questions, cancellations and refunds.

Additional purposes (not necessary for the service):

• Sending you offers or news about our condos.
• Measuring how the site is used in order to improve it.

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purposes, email info@cancunplazacondo.mx with the subject “Do not use my data for offers”. This does not affect the service you requested.

4. Who we share your data with

To provide the service, your data may be processed by these providers acting on our behalf:

• Beds24, our booking and calendar system.
• The online payment provider that processes your booking payment.
• Our web hosting and email provider.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us that way.
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), to measure site usage.

We may also share your data with authorities when required by law. If, to answer your quote, we offer you a condo owned by another owner in the building, we will only share the data needed for your booking, after letting you know. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if inaccurate, Cancel it when no longer needed and Object to its use for specific purposes (ARCO rights). You may also revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To do so, email info@cancunplazacondo.mx including:

• Your name and a way to reply to you.
• A copy of an official ID (or your representative's ID and proof of representation).
• A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.

We will reply within 20 business days and, if applicable, carry out your request within the following 15 business days.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the page is used (for example, how many people check availability). The Beds24 booking page uses its own cookies so the booking works. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

7. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The current version will always be published on this page with its last update date.
